Eutelsat has extended its long-running partnership with Oman’s Ministry of Information, securing continued satellite capacity on Eutelsat 21B at 21° East for the country’s national broadcasting services.
The renewal keeps MOI’s TV and media channels on the Ku-band payload of Eutelsat 21B, which covers the Middle East, Africa and Europe and is widely used for government and professional video distribution. Eutelsat said the agreement reflects the Ministry’s confidence in the platform’s resilience and service continuity.
Aymeric Genty, president of Eutelsat’s Video Business Unit, said the extension reinforces the operator’s role as a strategic satellite partner for public sector clients in the Middle East.
