Apple, NBCU launch Apple TV-Peacock bundle

October 17, 2025 11.33 Europe/London By Julian Clover

Apple and NBCUniversal will launch a joint Apple TV and Peacock subscription in the United States on October 20, offering a single monthly price and cross-promotion inside both apps.

It’s the latest cross-service bundle to emerge and the first to involve Apple TV directly.

Pricing has been set at $14.99 (€14) per month for Apple TV + Peacock Premium, or $19.99 (€20) for Apple TV + Peacock Premium Plus. Apple One Family and Premier customers will be able to add Peacock Premium Plus at a 35% discount.

The bundle pulls together originals and live events from both services, with Apple highlighting titles such as Ted Lasso, Severance and Foundation, while Peacock points to The Traitors, Bel-Air and marquee sports. Peacock says its NBA coverage will get underway on October 21, and the slate also includes F1 The Movie later this year.

At launch, each platform will host free sampling of the other’s shows: Peacock subscribers can watch up to three episodes of selected Apple TV series (including Silo, Slow Horses and Palm Royale), while Apple TV app users can sample up to three episodes from Peacock franchises such as Law & Order, Twisted Metal and Real Housewives of Miami.

“This first-of-its-kind initiative with Apple… broadens the reach of Peacock to even more audiences,” said Matt Strauss, chairman, NBCUniversal Media Group. Apple’s Oliver Schusser called it “an all-inclusive bundle” bringing Apple TV’s programming “to more viewers in more places”.

The offer is available via either app or website. Apple says customers can “save over 30%” versus paying for the services separately.

Earlier this week, Apple announced that it would be dropping the plus sign from the branding of its streaming service and will now be known as just ‘Apple TV’.
