October 9, 2025 10.22 Europe/London By Jörn Krieger

TV streaming provider Zattoo has added two new channels to its growing FAST line-up in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The newly launched Kultkrimi and Telenovela ZDF channels, operated by German media company Mainstream Media, feature a mix of nostalgic crime dramas and emotional love stories from the ZDF archive.

Kultkrimi offers a line-up of iconic German detective series such as Derrick, Der Alte and Ein Fall für zwei, alongside Der Kommissar, Percy Stuart and Faust. In total, fans can look forward to nine series, spanning 71 seasons and 933 episodes.

Meanwhile, Telenovela ZDF invites viewers into a world of romance, betrayal and heartfelt drama. Titles include Bianca – Wege zum Glück, Alisa – Folge deinem Herzen, Wege zum Glück – Spuren im Sand, Hanna – Folge deinem Herzen and Julia – Wege zum Glück. The channel features five series with 63 seasons and 935 episodes.

“Our FAST Channel portfolio continues to grow and diversify,” said Constanze Gilles, Head of Consumer Business at Zattoo. “Fans of nostalgic crime classics and those who love German telenovelas will find more to enjoy than ever before.”

Tim Werner, CEO of Mainstream Media, added: “We’re delighted to expand our successful partnership with Zattoo, where our channels Filmgold, GoldStar TV and World of Freesports are already available.”
