Virgin Media O2 has added TNT Sports to its O2 Extras line-up, allowing O2 mobile customers in the UK to subscribe via the discovery+ app on a 30-day rolling basis for £26.99 a month.
Customers taking the add-on through O2 Extras will also receive £2 off their monthly airtime bill.
O2 says the package provides access to TNT Sports’ coverage across European and domestic football –including Premier League matches, the Emirates FA Cup, the Adobe Women’s FA Cup and UEFA club competitions — alongside rugby (Gallagher Premiership and Quilter Nations Series), plus cricket, tennis, cycling, MotoGP and the World Snooker Tour.
“TNT Sports is the first sports subscription we’ve brought into O2 Extras,” said David Bouchier, Chief TV & Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2. “For £26.99 a month, families can gather for football, rugby and tennis — and save £2 on their airtime bill.”
The subscription can be added in My O2 or chosen as a paid Extra when joining or upgrading online, in-store or by phone, with charges appearing on the customer’s monthly O2 bill.
TNT Sports joins a roster of paid Extras including Disney+, Prime, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and digital services such as Cafeyn and McAfee Mobile Security.
It’s already available on EE, the mobile service of part-owners BT, and through a variety of other platforms.
