Verimatrix has announced the appointment of Laurent Dechaux as chief executive officer, succeeding Amedeo D’Angelo.
Amedeo D’Angelo will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Laurent Dechaux has previously held senior management positions at international companies, including serving as CEO of Enablon, a firm specialising in risk management, compliance, and sustainability solutions. He also led Sage France and Southern Europe and worked in senior roles at Oracle in Europe.
Laurent Dechaux said he’s joining Verimatrix with plans to collaborate with all teams to support success and growth for customers, employees, and stakeholders.
