Teleste Corporation posted a strong second quarter in 2025, with both orders and revenue climbing sharply, alongside a substantial improvement in profitability.
Between April and June, net sales rose 21.5% year-on-year to €35.9 million from €29.5 million, while orders received surged 47.7% to €39.5 million. Adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to €3.4 million, up from €1.6 million a year earlier and the company swung to a €2.0 million operating profit from a €0.5 million loss in the prior-year period.
For the first half of 2025, Teleste’s net sales reached €68.0 million, up 2.9% year-on-year, with orders received climbing 33.7% to €76.5 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the period rose 31.7% to EUR 6.1 million, and the adjusted operating profit grew 81.2% to €3.6 million.
“The second quarter of 2025 demonstrated strong performance across the entire organisation,” said President & CEO Esa Harju. “Orders received and net sales grew significantly, compared with both the same period last year and the first quarter of 2025. Profit increased substantially, and operating cash flow remained positive.”
Harju noted that the company’s Broadband Networks segment maintained solid momentum in intelligent network deliveries to customers in North America, while new orders for 1.8 GHz intelligent network products in Europe are already moving into delivery. Teleste announced an agreement with VodafoneZiggo in early July and expects other European operators to adopt the technology.
