Yospace to present scalable ad monetisation solutions at IBC2025

August 11, 2025 12.03 Europe/London By Julian Clover

Yospace will demonstrate the latest innovations in ad-supported streaming technology at IBC2025, taking place from 12 – 15 September at RAI Amsterdam.

Delivering eight billion one-to-one addressable ads monthly, Yospace – part of RTL’s AdTech unit – operates at the intersection of streaming technology and adtech, enabling broadcasters to fully optimise the advertising value of their content.

During IBC, Yospace will present advanced advertising methodologies that are delivering new revenue opportunities, including server-side ad insertion (SSAI), server-guided ad insertion (SGAI) with novel ad formats, prefetching solutions for large-scale audience support, and enhanced measurement tools designed to increase Connected TV’s attractiveness to advertisers.

Yospace is also partnering with leading industry innovators on cutting-edge demonstrations. These collaborations include SGAI with Bitmovin and castLabs, featuring the latest ad formats; contingency ad breaks to expand live event inventory, incorporating an Orchestrator module with Capella Systems to monetise multiple pop-up channels.

Tim Sewell, CEO of Yospace, said: “IBC 2025 arrives at a pivotal time, as focus intensifies on ad revenues in the streaming sector. Dynamic ad insertion plays a crucial role by bridging the divide between streaming technologies and adtech. With more than a decade of expertise in ad insertion, our team is prepared to provide the latest market insights and best practices for enhancing monetisation strategies.”

Additionally, Yospace technology will be featured in a demonstration of Ultra Low Latency Live Streaming at Scale, powered by MPEG-DASH Events for SGAI as part of IBC’s Accelerator Programme, proposed by BT Media & Broadcast and Comcast, in collaboration with RTE, GLOBO, BBC, and YLE.
