
Telenor customers in the Nordics will continue to have access to a wide range of TV channels and the HBO Max streaming service.
Telenor and Warner Bros. Discovery have put their signatures to a new distribution agreement for the Nordic market. The partnership covers several million Telenor subscribers in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
“Our partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery is extremely important for Telenor as we shape and develop our new Nordic TV and entertainment business. This agreement is progressive for both parties. It enables Telenor to renew its business model for entertainment and ensures sustainable distribution of Warner Bros,” says Sigvart Voss Eriksen, EVP & Head of Nordics, Telenor Group.
Popular Nordic TV channels like TV5, Kanal 5, and TV Norge, as well as the international streaming service HBO Max, will remain available to Telenor’s customers.
