Roku has introduced two new streaming products into the UK market, including one priced at £29.99.
Roku Streaming Stick and Streaming Stick Plus are now available online and in-store, featuring a new compact design and the latest Roku streaming technology.
The Roku Streaming Stick is priced at £29.99 – on a par with some lower priced Amazon Fire Sticks. The Roku Streaming Stick Plus delivers 4K picture quality and HDR colour at £39.99.
Improving on the form factor of the previous iterations, the new devices can be powered directly by the TV, eliminating the need for hanging cables, delivering a cleaner, more streamlined setup. Plus, the sleek design won’t block neighbouring HDMI ports, so users can switch from streaming to gaming with ease.
The devices are available now online at Amazon and in-store at Asda. The players will be available at Argos from late July, with other retailers being added later.
