Telia Norway has signed a new partnership with the BBC-backed streaming service Britbox.
From the autumn, the Britbox library of British content will be available on Telia Play.
“We are very pleased with the new partnership with BritBox”, says Torgeir Røynstrand, Head of Telia Norway’s Fixed Network Division for the Residential Market. “British TV content is in high demand here in Norway, and we hope our TV customers will appreciate having access to the BritBox streaming service.”
Following its established partnership with Telia Company in Sweden Kerry Ball, Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer at BritBox International, said she was delighted to strengthen Britbox’s presence in the Norwegian market.
The streaming service BritBox will be available to Telia’s TV customers on Telia Play during the autumn and will be part of Telia Play’s points system.
