Proximus has agreed to add the Play Sports channels to its portfolio following an agreement with sometime rival Telenet.
It means Proximus customers will be able to enjoy coverage from the Premier League and Bundesliga on Play Sports channels 1 and 2.
Proximus has signed a distribution agreement with Telenet group on a non-exclusive basis from the 2025-26 season onwards.
“With the addition of the Premier League and the Bundesliga, we are strengthening the range of content available on Pickx Sports with two of the most prestigious leagues in the world, on top of the UEFA Champions League. This is part of our commitment to giving our customers a unique viewing experience with top-level competitions. Specifically, Proximus will broadcast 270 Premier League matches and 95 Bundesliga games live each season on Play Sports channels 1 and 2, available in Dutch and French.
The channels will be automatically included in the Pickx Sports option, with no action required from customers.
