Digita says it will divide itself into two companies through a complete demerger.
Masts and other physical infrastructure owned by the Finnish business will be transferred to a new company called Digita Towers Oy.
All other operational activities of Digita, including Broadcasting and Telecom businesses, will be transferred to a second company named Digita Oy.
In a statement, Digita said the demerger will not affect customer relationships, operational activities, organisational structure, or partner relationships, except for some administrative changes.
Tomorrow (31 May) is the last day of transmissions for Digita’s nationwide pay-TV service Antero.
