Mojeekino relaunches VOD platform with Insys Video Technologies

May 6, 2025 09.05 Europe/London By Jörn Krieger

Mojeekino, a VOD platform uniting independent cinemas across Poland under the Arthouse Cinemas Association, is launching a refreshed version of the service at the occasion of its fifth anniversary.

Developed with Insys Video Technologies, a provider of white-label end-to-end streaming solutions, the updated service features a refreshed design, extends availability to Android TV devices, and reflects the Association’s new branding.

Launched in response to the COVID-19 restrictions, Mojeekino.pl was created to bring arthouse cinema into viewers’ homes and continue supporting local theaters despite the challenges of the pandemic.

The service lets viewers watch curated films from member cinemas and choose which one to support when purchasing a title – with part of the revenue going directly to that cinema. The platform was developed with Insys Video Technologies, turning the Association’s vision into a functioning VOD service in just over two weeks.

“The rebrand was a natural next step for us, and with it came the need to modernise the platform and meet the growing expectations of our viewers,” said Marlena Gabryszewska, CEO at the Arthouse Cinemas Association. “Insys Video Technologies has been with us from the very beginning, understanding our business goals and helping us bring them to life with the right technology.”

Mojeekino is based on InsysGO, an end-to-end streaming solution that enables organisations to launch and manage their own video assets across web, mobile, and Smart TVs. It supports live streaming, VOD libraries, and linear channels, with built-in tools for content management, monetisation, and a customisable user interface.

„It has been a privilege to support the Arthouse Cinemas Association on their journey to bring independent cinema into the digital space,” added Jarosław Narojczyk, Area Sales Manager at Insys VT. “With this new release, we have introduced significant technical upgrades, extending the service to Android TV devices, improving performance, and refreshing the UI, to ensure the platform stays modern, scalable, and aligned with the Association’s vision.”
