In her new role, Florence will lead BCE’s Product Unit within the Technology Department, reporting directly to Sylvain Merle, Chief Technology Officer at BCE.

Florence will oversee the full lifecycle of BCE’s product portfolio—from design to delivery—with a strong emphasis on cloud strategy, agile practices, and user-driven innovation. She will be responsible for aligning the product vision with customer needs and business objectives, driving the roadmap for the evolution of BCE’s Media-as-a-Service platform, and implementing a cloud-oriented technical strategy.

Media-as-a-Service enables our clients to quickly gain clarity and control over their media services by selecting from a range of applications on a fast, simple, and secure online platform.

With over 20 years of experience in product and project management, Florence aims to foster a strong customer-centric approach by creating high-quality platforms and ensuring optimal technology performance.

Her extensive background includes significant roles in renowned international companies such as Amazon and AWS (Amazon Web Services) within the technology sector, as well as in the banking industry with Netcetera and PagoNxt (a Santander company). Florence has a proven track record of translating corporate visions into actionable roadmaps, participating in product portal deployments, and ensuring operational follow-ups using agile methodologies.

Her ability to navigate complex technological landscapes, combined with her operational expertise, allows her to transform technological challenges into intuitive and user-friendly products. Florence’s approach ensures quality and results that align with the needs and expectations of our customers.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a solid capacity to lead complex projects on an international scale, develop ambitious roadmaps, and connect strategic vision with customer requirements and technical teams.
