Nova Group has announced a new addition to its top management.
Anna Lenerová has taken on the newly established position of Director of Sports Acquisition and Pay-TV Channels.
Lenerová will be responsible for the strategy and acquisition of sports broadcasting rights, as well as pay-TV channels and third-party services, and a key member of the team responsible for developing the new Oneplay service.
“I’m excited about this new challenge. Together with my team, we are focused on further developing the content offering for Oneplay customers. At the same time, we continue to oversee content acquisitions for pay-TV services Yettel and O2 in Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, and Bulgaria,” says Anna Lenerová, Director of Sports Acquisition and Pay-TV Channels at TV Nova.
She joins TV Nova from her role as Head of TV Content at O2, where she had worked since 2010. Under her leadership, O2 TV acquired a range of premium sports rights – including those for the Tipsport Ice Hockey Extraliga, the Chance Football League, and the UEFA Champions League.
Previously, she gained experience at the UK-based company Zone Vision and its successor Chello Central Europe, where she was responsible for marketing and PR activities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Southeast European markets.
