Digitec Galaxus to offer TV with Zattoo in Switzerland

March 25, 2025 14.24 Europe/London By Jörn Krieger

Zattoo has won Digitec Galaxus as a new customer of its fully hosted and managed end-to-end white-label TV-as-a-service product.

Digitec Galaxus is the largest online retailer in Switzerland with over 3.3 million customers in its home market and already offers mobile and internet subscriptions. The company is expanding its services to offer TV across Switzerland, utilising Zattoo to deliver TV content on all devices.
Digitec Galaxus plans to launch a TV subscription service in summer 2025, partnering with Zattoo as service provider. This new offering will be accessible on all major platforms.

By leveraging Zattoo’s customisable platform, Digitec Galaxus can create a TV brand under a scalable infrastructure. This allows the company to seamlessly serve B2B customers with tailored wholesale products and support growth in the TV market.

“We are happy to have found a strong partner in Zattoo for the expansion of our range of services,” said Andreas Kundert, Head of Galaxus Mobile, Internet and TV at Digitec Galaxus.

The online retailer currently offers mobile and internet subscriptions under the Galaxus Mobile and Galaxus Internet brands.

“This partnership with Digitec Galaxus highlights the strength of Zattoo’s end-to-end TV and video services,” said Roger Elsener, CEO of Zattoo. “Together, we are setting new standards in delivering flexible and sustainable TV and video solutions. The company’s vision and commitment to growth resonate deeply with Zattoo’s mission to provide state-of-the-art, future-proof TV services.”

Zattoo currently serves over 30 TV platform customers with several million monthly active users across 11 countries in Europe.
