March 19, 2025 13.31 Europe/London By Julian Clover

A1 Macedonia has become the first telecommunications company in the domestic market to offer SkyShowtime with Macedonian translation.

New and renewing customers to the A1 Combo M or A1 Combo L packages in combination with at least one mobile line will receive a SkyShowtime Standard package for a period of 3 and 6 months.

“We are very pleased to announce that we are offering SkyShowtime from today, which represents another innovative step by A1 Macedonia towards providing premium content and a superior user experience. I am very happy that this service is available with Macedonian translation and subtitles that will make this experience more convenient and enjoyable, offering a premium service that is even more tailored to the needs and desires of users,” said Metodija Mirchev, Chief Executive Officer of A1 Macedonia.

A1 users can watch some of the world’s biggest blockbuster films, new and exclusive series, and local original programming, including all five seasons of the global hit series Yellowstone and its spinoffs 1883 and 1923 (the second season comes in March), and titles like Apples’ Never Fall, Douglas is Cancelled, Dexter: New Blood, Dexter: Original Sin, Landman, Lioness (s1-2), Star Trek: Section 31, Sweetpea, The Day of the Jackal, The Holdovers, The Tattooist of Auschwitz, Tulsa King, and upcoming series such as Deadly Ties and the third season of Yellowjackets.

“Our collaboration with A1 Macedonia reflects our firm commitment to invest in local partnerships and deliver unparalleled experiences with top-notch content to customers. By joining forces with A1, we are thrilled to expand our exclusive series, blockbuster films and original programming to customers, tailored to satisfy their diverse preferences and enrich their streaming experience,” said Hristina Georgieva, Chief Business Officer of SkyShowtime.

SkyShowtime is joint venture between Comcast and Paramount Global.
