The latest round of price increases from Netflix has reached the UK.
It follows last month’s similar increases in the United States, which saw the cost of a Standard subscription rise to $17.99.
The new UK pricing is Standard with adverts: £5.99/month (a £1 increase); Standard: £12.99/month (a £2 increase) and Premium for £18.99/month (a £1 increase).
The streamer no longer offers a Basic subscription.
Sky subscribers can have Netflix bundled with their Sky subscription on certain packages.
Standard with adverts is inclusive, with Standard and Premium available for upgrades, for £6/month and £11/month respectively.
Netflix is looking to recoup recent investment in sports and its broader programming slate.
