German pay-TV broadcaster Sky Deutschland is making the trendSports package available as an app, expanding its reach beyond DTH satellite households.
The subscription package, which has so far only been offered via the Astra satellite system (19.2° East), is accessible via the new trendSports app on Sky Stream and Sky Q.
The trendSports bouquet contains six linear pay-TV channels: Sportdigital1+, EDGE, Sportdigital Fußball, ClipMyHorse.TV, eSportsONE and Waidwerk, offering a total of more than 4,000 hours of live sports per year in addition to highlights shows, reports and documentaries.
The package, which was launched in November 2019, can be subscribed to for €5.99 per month.
