Telenet Group Holding has announced the appointment of three new members to its Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as part of the reorganisation of its structure announced last September.
The Flemish operator says the appointments aim to strengthen Telenet group’s ability to respond more effectively and with greater agility to growth opportunities and strategic challenges facing the company. All three will report to John Porter, CEO of Telenet.
Effective January 1, 2025, two positions will be filled internally: Kirsten Florentie, currently Director, People and Workplace, will join the team as Chief People & Corporate Communications Officer, and Piet Porteman, currently Director Strategy and Portfolio, will become the new Chief Strategy Officer.
Starting March 1, 2025, Silvia Brady will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Erik Van den Enden who left the company on September 1. Ms Brady brings a strong track record of more than 20 years of financial leadership experience within companies like Stryker, Lucent Technologies, Avaya, and Citrix. Bernadette Vandamme, currently Director, Financial Planning and Controlling, will continue to act as interim until her arrival.
