Cyfrowy Polsat has shrugged off its internal family disputes to more than double third quarter profits.
The Polish Media company reported net profits of 213 million zlotys (€49 million).
Cyfrowy Polsat, which has expanded into green energy in 2023 is now expanding its interest in clean energy and has plans to invest around 5 billion zlotys in expanding its clean energy production.
Polsat’s pay-TV base continued to fall with a decrease of 169,000 year-on-year to 4,694,000.
In October, a dispute between founder Zygmunt Solorz, his new wife, and his children resulted in his children being removed from the board.
