wedotv will contribute its three FAST Channels wedotv movies, wedotv big stories and wedotv sports to the platform’s strong channel lineup with, adding movies, documentaries and sports coverage to the new streaming service.

The launch was facilitated by The Channel Store, a provider of FAST/AVOD B2B services, which supplies o2 Telefónica with a comprehensive FAST Channel package, managing content negotiations, integration and monetisation.

“We are excited to be a content partner of o2 Telefónica’s new TV platform in Germany and contribute to its successful launch,” said Philipp Rotermund, CEO and Co-founder of wedotv. “The distribution of our FAST Channels wedotv movies, wedotv big stories and wedotv sports marks the beginning of a long-term partnership. Further new channels will follow soon.”
