Insys becomes launch partner for AWS Elemental MediaLive Anywhere

September 12, 2024 11.25 Europe/London By Jörn Krieger

OTT solution provider Insys Video Technologies is becoming a launch partner for AWS Elemental MediaLive Anywhere, a new feature to run live video encoding on premises while using the cloud for management.

AWS Elemental MediaLive Anywhere processes video on the customer’s hardware, but configuration, control, monitoring and management tasks are handled online, reducing the time spent operating multiple on-premise tools. It enables users to stream high-quality live video content to the cloud for further processing and distribution or directly to services like MediaConnect via SRT. MediaLive Anywhere also facilitates on-premise live video encoding, connecting to on-premise video sources, including SDI inputs, to deliver broadcast-grade video quality.

Being an AWS Elemental MediaLive Anywhere launch partner underscores Insys Video Technologies’ commitment to providing video solutions that provide content creators with the flexibility and control needed for their video workflows, according to the company, adding that its video processing tool Cloud Video Kit makes it even easier to operate, process, manage MediaLive Anywhere workloads.

“Insys Video Technologies is thrilled to be a launch partner for AWS Elemental MediaLive Anywhere, delivering hardware and enabling our clients to manage live encoding workflows in the cloud and on premises through Cloud Video Kit,” said Krzysztof Bartkowski, CEO at Insys. “With our integration, customers don’t need to run multiple tools and distinct workflows. They just choose the optimum resource usage using a single tool, including content protection through drm.cloud service.”

Insys shows its services and solutions during IBC 2024 at booth 5.H97 in Content Everywhere Hall 5.
