Therese Mellin has been appointed as B2B director, having served in the role since the beginning of 2024. She was previously head of Allente’s customer service at the Nordic level, and has also held leadership roles within the sales organizstion.
“Therese has shown outstanding leadership from the start, and is the perfect person for this role. Among other things, she and her team can refer to new, profitable clients within the hotel industry, and have outperformed our targets for public viewings. It has produced good results this summer, with both the European Football Championship and the Summer Olympics, says Mustapha.
Allente is also making other changes to the management team. When Mustapha took over the role of acting CEO in June, his role as Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer became vacant. The company has now decided to split this commercial function into two roles: B2C Sales and B2B and Business Management, Customer and Marketing”
The change is to create a flatter and more integrated organisational structure.
Roger von Zernichow becomes acting Chief Sales Officer, with responsibility for “B2C Sales and B2B” operations. He comes from the role of Sales and e-commerce manager.
Victor Liljeroth takes on the role of acting Chief Market Officer, and is given responsibility for “Business Management, Customer and Marketing”. He comes from the role of head of Business Management.
They will both be part of the management team, and will report directly to Mahmoud Mustapha.
