Chief Financial Officer Erik Van den Enden is to leave Telenet and will take up a new challenge outside the company, the Belgian operator has announced.
Van den Enden is departing for home appliance company Versuni.
Van den Enden joined Telenet Group as CFO in July 2018 and played a crucial role in the agreement of a wholesale contract with Orange, the sale of Telenet Group’s mobile antenna infrastructure to DigitalBridge and the creation of new infrastructure company Wyre.
Commenting on the departure, John Porter, CEO of Telenet Group, said: “As CFO, Erik played an important role in transforming Telenet into a company committed to strategic partnerships. I would like to sincerely thank Erik for his professionalism, his tireless efforts, and his valuable contributions to Telenet Group. I, along with all colleagues, wish him every success in his new challenges.”
Van den Enden will stay with Telenet until August 31, 2024.
