Ocilion offers new TV product for B2B customers

June 20, 2024 10.48 Europe/London By Jörn Krieger

IPTV service provider Ocilion has developed a new product for use in the business environment of network operators.

With the IPTV business solution, providers can serve hotels, guest houses, flats, hospitals, care facilities, companies or media houses in their footprint with a tailor-made IPTV product for business customers. Ocilion delivers the scalable offering as part of a cloud solution, including content rights, under B2B customer’s own brand.

With a configurable home screen, integration of additional services via a browser (e.g. for booking hotel services, wellness or care applications) in combination with time-shifted television, EPG data and voice switching, the TV product becomes an entertainment, information and booking platform for business customers, guests or patients. IPTV Business also includes a portfolio of over 50 national and international TV channels in HD resolution, including interactive add-on functions and various radio stations.

The first network operators are already using the new IPTV Business solution, including TeleData (Friedrichshafen – Seegut Zeppelin), K-net (Kaiserslautern – Lebenshilfe) and Kabel Braunau (Braunau Hospital).

“With IPTV Business, our network operators can easily expand their product portfolio and serve their business customers with a modern IPTV product. The solution is based on the same technical platform as the Ocilion cloud service, which incorporates 20 years of expertise and all the experience of our in-house division for the hospitality, healthcare and corporate markets,” said Oliver Soellner, Head of Sales & Marketing at Ocilion. “In the future, we will also offer an IPTV business premium version with even more functions and more customisation options for B2B customers.”
