Bernhard Glöggler will become Vice President and Managing Director of Sesame Workshop Europe with effect from 1 July 2024.
In this role, Glöggler will be responsible for the European growth strategy of the globally active, non-profit educational organisation behind Sesame Street.
In addition to expanding brand awareness and visibility, this also includes the expansion of philanthropic activities to create educational added value. Glöggler will report to Whit Higgins, EVP, Head of Global Enterprises.

Glöggler most recently spent three years at streaming company Roku as Territory Lead Content Partnerships & Distribution, where he managed all content activities for the company’s market entry in Germany. Previously, he worked at the Walt Disney Company for 18 years in various roles, including General Manager, Vice President Disney Media Distribution for Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Benelux, Director Digital and Pay-Channel Distribution, Head of Commercial Planning and Senior Key Account Manager.
