Dutch public broadcaster NOS has relaunched its streaming app as NOS Live with new versions for Samsung, LG and all Ziggo customers.
Included is Moments, which looks back at significant events, such as highlights in a football match, and has previously only been available to web users.
The NOS streams more than 500 broadcasts per year via web, app and smart TV. A very large part of this is only broadcast via the stream and often concerns sports matches.
Enhancements include an improved guide to what has been scheduled several weeks in advance. Streams will also include additional information, for example during the European Athletics Championships, the time that Dutch athletes will participate.
The NOS is already supporting and LG that use the operating system WebOS or Tizen, typically those released since 2020. Newer Samsung TVs will receive the app in the next few weeks.
