Sky has hired Warner Bros. Discovery’s former European president, Priya Dogra, as it looks to develop new revenue streams.
Ms Dogra will join the broadcaster next month in the newly created role of chief advertising and new revenue officer.
She will be responsible for Sky’s advertising sales division Sky Media as well as helping Sky develop additional revenue streams outside of the broadcasting sphere such as data, gaming and betting.
Ms Dogra has been in the media sector for two decades including 14 years at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she remained until last summer.
