W-Sport, the 24/7 channel dedicated to women’s sport, has further extended its European footprint by launching in collaboration with POST Luxembourg on its POP TV service on channel 886.
The collaboration was facilitated by Alteox, a leading provider of content distribution solutions.
The news follows the launch of W-Sport in Turkey on the S-Sport platform last month adding to existing European broadcast deals in the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Portugal. W-Sport is also available in SE Asia in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Malaysia as well as in excess of 30 territories in Sub-Saharan Africa including French language territories on Canal+. The channel was launched in September 2021.

From soccer to basketball, tennis to gymnastics, the W-Sport channel on POP TV Luxembourg will offer comprehensive coverage of women’s sports events, highlights, interviews, and exclusive content.
