The Roast of Tom Brady has received 13.8 million views this week, 18.6 million, since making its debut on May 5 as part of the Netflix is a Joke Fest live event.
The Roast is an American form of humour where the special guest is the butt of the joke.
Another live event from the Fest, Katt Williams: Woke Foke, took the number 4 position for the second week in a row with 4.3 million views.
Mother’s day in the United States helped the Brooke Shields Netflix movie Mother of the Bride to the top of the English Films list with 26.7 million views.
Second place, for a second week was Jerry Seinfeld’s Unfrosted, starring Melissa McCarthy and Hugh Grant, with 8.8 million views.
Richard Gadd’s controversial Baby Reindeer was number 2 for a fifth week with 11.4 million views.
Irish thriller Bodkin, executive produced by President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama’s Higher Ground, made its list debut at number 4 with 3.3 million views. The take on true crime a motley crew of podcasters investigating the nefarious goings-on in a seemingly idyllic town.
And ahead of season three of historicalish romp Bridgerton, season one is in at number 8 on 1.7 million views and season two at number 9 with 1.4 million views.
