A federal court in New York has set August 7 as the date for a preliminary injunction brought by Fubo against the Disney, Fox and Warner Bros. Discovery sports-streaming joint venture.
Fubo argues the combination of the partners various sports interests is anticompetitive.
It says the $50 a month offers creates a bundle that the operators have previously refused other pay-TV partners.
Fubo has received support from rival pay-TV operators DirecTV and Dish Network.
The as-yet unnamed venture is die to launch in the autumn.
