TNT Sports and its sister streaming service Discovery+ will show coverage of the Autumn Nations rugby union internationals.
The competition sees the top Northern Hemisphere sides play off against teams from the Southern Hemisphere in 21 fixtures.
“To bring the best of international rugby to our TNT Sports subscribers is hugely exciting and another important moment which demonstrates our premium sports rights offering in the UK and Ireland,” said Andrew Georgiou, president and managing director, UK and Ireland and WBD Sports Europe.
The competition has previously been covered in the UK by Amazon Prime Video.
It should be noted that in recent months Amazon has also lost the rights to international tennis and Premier League football.
Free-to-air rights will be announced at a later date.
