ThinkAnalytics boosts executive team with appointment of Josh Wiggins

ThinkAnalytics has appointed Josh Wiggins as SVP Business Development, Strategy, and Partnerships.

Wiggins has a strong background in the content supply chain, AI/machine learning, and metadata. He has 25 years of experience across the media and entertainment ecosystem, including telco and cable sectors working with service providers and software vendors in sales and business development.

Most recently, Wiggins was Global Industry Sales Leader for the Media & Entertainment Business Unit at AWS where he led a strategic sales initiative.

Wiggins is the third senior appointment from AWS in recent weeks, following SVP, Professional Services for the Americas, Roger Sherwood and Worldwide CEO Marc Aldrich.

“Josh has a unique insight into the challenges and opportunities facing video service providers and publishers today, with an expertise in monetizing content and building partnerships with major tech platforms,” said Aldrich. “Using his deep understanding about the latest AI use cases, Josh will lead our customer engagements with initiatives that turn viewer behavior insights into personalized user experiences and target ads that build engagement and revenues.”

Josh Wiggins added: “ThinkAnalytics has a unique position in the market and a strong vision for the future across its Think360 Content Discovery and ThinkAdvertising solutions. ThinkAnalytics’ two decades of experience and tenured team working with metadata, AI/ML has set them up perfectly for the next phase of company growth, as it embraces the disruption and opportunities provided by GenAI.”

ThinkAnalytics is a leader in AI-based content discovery and viewer analytics with its Think360 product suite, which enables video service providers, studios, broadcasters, and media companies to deliver personalised experiences to their users.
