Swiss cable operator Sasag Cable Communication recently updated the starting page of its TV service provided by Zattoo.
Sasag’s TV platform sappTV now offers customers personalised content recommendations, seamless transition between live and on-demand content and time-shift features like live-pause, restart and 7-day-replay across wide-screen and mobile devices, according to Zattoo.
Serving customers in the Northern Swiss canton of Schaffhausen, Sasag uses Zattoo’s white-label solution for its TV service. The partnership has been running since 2021.
“The introduction of the new sappTV starting page allows our customers to easily and quickly access their desired programmes. In particular, the personalised recommendations based on individual viewing habits provide significant added value,” said Tobias Münzer, Head of Sales and Marketing at Sasag.
