CommScope has completed the divestiture of its Home Networks Business to Vantiva.
It follows last October’s agreement for the former Technicolor to buy the division in return for a 25% stake in Vantiva.
In a statement, CommScope said it anticipated the impact of the divestiture to be “immaterial” on its full year EBITDA.
The division, which includes elements of former Arris, Motorola and Pace businesses provides broadband and video solutions.
