Warner Bros. Discovery Sports Europe has announced details of its live coverage of the Australian Open.
The broadcaster has exclusive rights in in 50 markets in Europe where it will screen the tennis tournament on discovery+ and Eurosport

Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios joins Eurosport’s commentary team, lining up alongside legendary presentation cast including Boris Becker, John McEnroe, Mats Wilander, Justine Henin, Alex Corretja, Barbara Schett, Tim Henman and Laura Robson
Live and on-demand coverage will streamed exclusively on discovery+, and the Eurosport App, and Eurosport’s linear channel.

Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) free-to-air networks will also broadcast key matches. Both men’s and women’s singles finals will be broadcast in Sweden (via K9), Finland (via TV5) and Norway (via Max), whilst the women’s singles final will be available in Poland via TVN should it feature world number one Iga Swiatek. Finals highlights will also be available in the UK on DMAX. Additionally, tennis fans in Denmark (via 6’eren) will be able to watch local heroes such as Holger Rune and Clara Tauson progress through the tournament.
In 2023, WBD’s coverage of the Australian Open across Europe resulted in record growth on its streaming platforms. Audiences rose by almost a third across Europe on discovery+ and the Eurosport App and doubled across key markets including France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK.
