Attila Posa has been appointed the new executive director of Slovakia’s Antik Telecom, effective the beginning of this month.
He started in the company 12 years ago initially as a software developer, then for years he led the implementation of many technological innovations and Antik projects.
Commenting on his promotion, Posa said: “For me, Antik represents a unique Slovak company that not only managed to establish itself in the Slovak telecommunications environment occupied by strong global players, but at the same time has been exporting its own development to even more demanding world markets for many years. In our society, I see the materialisation of today’s modern world, where constant change becomes the norm. Thanks to colleagues who are set up in the same way, we can bring the latest trends to Slovak clients, such as today’s ultra-fast 10 Gbps internet, energy saving with photovoltaics and intelligent city management”.
Igor Kolla, CEO of Antik Telecom, added: “Attila is a perfect example of a talented young person who has worked his way up in our company from the position of developer to the top of management. The inner strength of Antik lies precisely in the people who are gradually gaining experience and with them more and more responsibility. This also comes with the constant growth of our activities in terms of volume and diversification of our portfolio. This is how we constantly open up new horizons for the long-term career growth of our colleagues, as we fill most of the new management positions from within the organisation”.
