Around two in five Netflix customers in the US are considering cancelling their subscriptions due to recent price rises.
Furthermore, according to Only Accounts, quoting a Civic Science survey, a further 31% plan to switch to a cheaper ad supported rate.
Meanwhile, the remaining 29% said an ad-free plan was their number one choice. Nearly one in three (31%) of Netflix subscribers were located in North America as of the end of the third quarter.
As of last month, the price of the basic account in the US was $11.99 and the premium account cost $22.99. The standard ad-free account was $15.49, while ad-supported one $6.99.
