The Czech Republic’s PPF Group has announced that Vladimir Mlynar will leave his position as chief of public and government affairs on December 31.
However, he will continue to work with PPF Group as an external advisor on selected projects.
Commenting on his departure, Mlynar said: “Working at PPF has been the most exciting thing I have ever done professionally. The opportunity to work with Petr Kellner was especially a truly exceptional life experience. I have met great people at PPF, learned and understood a lot, which is why I spent by far the longest part of my working life here. I am very grateful for that, but now it is time for new challenges in my life”.
PPF Group CEO Jiri Smejc added: “We’ve been meeting Vladimir for more than ten years on various PPF Group projects. Working with him has always been professional and very rewarding from a human point of view. I thank him very much for everything he has done for the Group over the years”.
Mlynar was responsible for PPF Group’s external relations for 13 years and was one of Petr Kellner’s close associates. He joined PPF in 2010. Before that, he worked as a journalist, repeatedly served as a minister, a member of parliament and as chief advisor to the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic.
