Ukraine’s inext has entered into a partnership with Sarkor Telecom, a leading provider from Uzbekistan.
Sarkor Telecom was founded in 1996 and its main field of activity is the provision of internet services for home and corporate users, including FTTB, FTTH, ADSL, as well as video surveillance, hosting services, IPTV and VoIP.
In order to widen the use of its services and bring its TV offer to the highest level, the company needed set-top boxes with modern functionality and interface design, which would be easy to manage.
According to Pavlo Sidorov, CCO of inext, “In the spring-summer period of 2023, we went on a business trip to find customers and expand the circle of partners in Uzbekistan.
“Our primary goal was to find like-minded people willing to provide their subscribers with high-quality, functional and, at the same time, available TV set-top boxes”.
Pavlo Naumov, CTO of Sarkor, added: “One of the most important aspects for us was the possibility of using a fully customised desktop with two of our own pre-installed applications, including our IP-television service.
“With opting for inext we received a completely ready-made, pre-configured and localized device that fully meets our requirements”.
