Boris Gotovac and Vladimir Skender have been appointed to the leadership team at A1 Croatia as chief director for IT and services and chief network director respectively.
Gotovac has been at A1 Croatia since 2016 as director for IT cluster Croatia and Macedonia and led digital business transformation projects that included agile ways of working and the application of automated processes and artificial intelligence. Meanwhile, Skender joined the company in 2012 and participated in almost all infrastructure projects, and for the last 10 years he has been leading projects for the construction and modernisation of fixed and mobile networks in Croatia and Macedonia.
According to the company, this organisational change at the management level, along with the division of the technical sector into two large segments, only further confirms the A1 strategy of technological transformation with a focus on improving the user experience.
