Telewizja Polsat has become the sole owner of Polish-registered Eleven Sports Network.
At the same time, according to local reports, Marc Watson has left the company’s board.
As previously reported by Broadband TV News, Cyfrowy Polsat’s subsidiary Telewizja Polsat acquired a 50% plus one share in Eleven Sports Network from its parent company for €38 million in May 2018.
It subsequently raised its stake to 99.99% in July 2019.
