Netflix now accounts for over half of all streaming viewing time among internet users in Poland.
According to Wirtualne Media, quoting Mediapanel, its share stood at 55.75% in August, with second placed Disney+ claiming 7.80%.
Next up were HBO Max (6.80%), TVP (5.32%) and Player (5.26%), while Sweet.TV, which has only been present in the Polish market since October 2022, was in eighth place overall with a 2.76% share.
Netflix had a reach of 36.29% in August, up slightly on the 36.19% posted a month earlier.
It was followed by Disney+ (12.49%), HBO Max (9.72%) and TVP (7.06%).
