The Bulgarian pay-TV operator Bulsatcom has decided to employ “Sports Module”, an advanced streaming platform designed exclusively for OTT and IPTV operators.
Sports Module has been developed through a strategic partnership between MediaHub, Media-Press and Enetpulse and offers seamless integration of real-time sports data with high quality streaming. It allows viewers to not only stream live events, but also gain access to comprehensive information about ongoing and upcoming sports events, real-time results, key highlights, and in-depth analysis.
Commenting on the module, which will be integrated into Bulsatcom’s b.box IPTV service, Bulsatcom CEO Petar Rizov said: “We always try to be one step ahead when developing our service. The “Sports Module” will give high quality streaming, unique customer experience with a high level of customization combined with rich sports data”.
MediaHub provides the technical backbone for Sports Module, while Media-Press contributes TV metadata (EPG) and intricate sports metadata via its Premium Sports Metadata product. Enetpulse feeds the platform with real-time sports data.
