Central European Media Enterprises (CME) has appointed Branimir Maric its first chief technology and IT officer (CTIO).
In this newly created role, Maric, who will reside in Prague, will use his extensive industry knowledge to strengthen CME’s core technological competencies in order to achieve the seamless delivery of CME’s digital strategy, accelerate technological innovation and optimise all digitally driven customer platforms across the regional CME footprint.
Maric most recently served as CTIO at A1 Hrvatska in Zagreb, Croatia, and previously held CTIO positions at T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom. His career also saw him working with Deutsche Telekom in various technology roles and in many of the same countries as CME.
