Operators in the Czech Republic have begun to remove the channel Sport 5 from their schedules.
Digizone reports that it stopped broadcasting on July 13 without giving an explanation and is no longer being offered by Skylink, Nej.cz and on the DVB-T2 Multiplex 24.
It adds that the regulator RRTV has the authority to revoke Sport 5’s licence if it is off air for at least 30 days providing the channels is not experiencing technical difficulties in broadcasting.
Although Sport 5 has not provided any response to Digizone about it is off air, the publication notes that the channel’s sole shareholder Bohemian Marketing & Promotions has been put into liquidation.
