MultiChoice South Africa has revamped its steaming app as DStv Stream. The new look app continues to combine sports, local, and international content, but with a number of new features.
These include better personalisation based on the subscriber’s profile, the ability to change soundtracks for live sports commentary, including IsiZulu, isiXhosa, Portuguese, Afrikaans, and English. There’s also dedicated league and tournament pages for sports fans.
“Our mission is to provide our customers with the content they love, in the best way possible, from the first decoder launch to pioneering digital satellite TV, and now with DStv Stream,” says Marc Jury, CEO of MultiChoice South Africa.
Existing subscribers who have already been streaming can update their DStv app from August 1st to enjoy the improved experience. Those who have not yet been streaming can download the new app from their favourite app store and log in using their existing self-service credentials.
