United Media and the Handball-Bundesliga have signed a multi-year contract on exclusive rights to broadcast matches of the top German handball league on Sport Klub channels in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.
Sport Klub viewers will have the chance to watch the three most exciting Bundesliga matches live every round, along with the complete DHB Cup and Super Cup, during the 34-week season starting this autumn.
Commenting on the agreement, Nemanja Simeunovic, CEO of Sport Klub, said: “We have always been dedicated to handball. Throughout the last 17 years, Sport Klub has given great importance to this sport through live broadcasts, and we are thrilled to offer the best national handball league this season. Fans can enjoy exciting matches between German and European giants in every league round”.
The Handball-Bundesliga is the German handball competition and ranks as the strongest national league in Europe, according to the European Handball Federation.
