The UK broadcaster ITV has said it is no longer interested in acquiring the production company All3Media.
In a statement, it said it is no longer actively exploring a deal, adding that it “assesses all potential value-creating M&A opportunities against its strict financial criteria and disciplined capital allocation framework”.
As previously reported by Broadband TV News, Liberty Global and Warner Bros. Discovery have been considering their future involvement in All3Media, the UK’s leading independent TV production company.
Last month ITV confirmed it was actively considering the possibility of buying All3Media.
Liberty Global is a shareholder in ITV.
